Junior / Lead Designer We are looking for a Junior or Lead Designer to partner with the design team in creating a clean, beautiful space tailored to each client’s unique style. The designer will use industry knowledge, design experience, innovative design concepts and creativity all while aligning with and executing upon the Four Sided Design approach and philosophies. Responsibilities · To work on projects from all phases of design through installment, including but not limited to: scheduling, taking measurements, drawings, sourcing and procurement · Work with the Four Sided team to create and share presentation boards to include color scheme, textiles, furnishings, images and sourcing guide · Generate plan specifications based on client needs and contract requirements · Provide design support and administration during completion and execution of design concepts · Source and work with outside vendors to procure and coordinate all furniture, fixtures and accessories · Manage multiple projects at once Qualifications ·1+ years of relevant design experience for Junior Designer or 3+ years for Lead Designer · Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school preferred · Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections and specifications · Knowledge of design requirements, construction methods and materials for high end residential spaces · Great ability to multitask, work independently as well as a team, personable and ambitious · Familiar with design stores and the Merchandise Mart
Social Media Manager We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can further enhance our brand and build strong online communities through various social media platforms. The role will be responsible for developing and administering content that engages users and creates an interactive relationship with Four Sided using a data driven approach to continuously evolve and refine. Responsibilities · Work closely with Four Sided leadership to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals · Monitor the company's social media accounts to build awareness and engagement · Stay abreast of emerging social media trends and integrate into strategy discussions · Provide monthly reports detailing social media engagement effectiveness · Analyze the long-term needs of the social media strategy and outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field · 3+ years' experience in social media management · Exceptional multi-tasking skills · Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way · Strong problem solving skills · Knowledge of effectively managing Facebook and Instagram platforms is required
